Orders and Shipping Policy

If your shipping address is different than your credit card billing address, NewTek will verify the shipping address for security purposes. During the checkout process, NewTek will request the phone number of the credit card you are using for the order. NewTek will call your credit card company to confirm that the shipping address you provided is on file with them as a valid address to ship a product. Please make these arrangements beforehand with your credit card company or use your billing address as your shipping address to avoid a delay in your order.

NewTek accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you wish to pay by check, wire transfer or other form of payment, please call 1-800-368-5441 or email sales@newtek.com to place the order.

All internet orders will be processed within 5 business days. In the event that an item is backordered, NewTek will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

NewTek collects sales tax for all orders shipped to California and Texas.

All internet orders are shipped UPS ground (5 to 7 business days) only. NewTek cannot ship to a P.O. Box. If you require a faster shipping method, please call 1-800-368-5441 or email sales@newtek.com to place your order.
